The book is a masterpiece. So shooting the movie I guess it was challenging. The output is not as bad as the reviews I\'ve read, although it may be difficult to understand for those who have not read the book. Conclusion: read the book if you want to see the movie.

I WANT MY 2 HOURS BACK!!! Along with the other 8 people that were in the movie pretty much said the same thing. It was HORRIBLE!!! Expected much better! Are they really running out of ideas that the movies coming out have to be so bad? If you really want to see this movie, at least wait till it comes out on redbox and only waste a $1.

This movie was a perfect example of how the trailer is better than the movie itself. Not only was it better, the trailer gave you the whole story. There was no stretch for the imagination, and even though the acting was decent, the movie as a whole was boring. It reminds me of another recent bad movie, "The Happening." They both have a good premise and an interesting beginning, after that, nothing. The cinematography and visuals were creative, but the story didn't hold it all together. Have a better time by seeing something... well, nearly anything else.

I am a total movie junkie and I have seen some bad movies in my time. This has to one of the worst. Blindness makes Snakes on a Plane look like a masterpiece. I will say that the first 15 minutes were interesting, then it was all down hill. There was no storyline, people go blind they are quarantined we know that from the previews, if you're expecting more of a plot don't hold your breath.rnrn It felt like they started to film and someone lost the script so they just filled the next 2 hours with random, pointless, monotonous, un-interesting violence and scenes of dirty, sewage covered nudity and forced sex. It was disgusting, tedious and dragged on until it just stopped with no real ending or explanation. We talked to 4 other couples on the walk to the car and we all agreed it was awful.

My husband and I went to see this movie thinking it was going to be similar to The Invasion with Nicole Kidman or I Am Legend with Will Smith but this movie was just one big train wreck!! It started of ok but there was no direction, there is a lot of needless sex and nudity it this movie and it just made no sense. Julianne Moore\'s character was a strong woman in the movie..without her this movie would have went straight to VHS...not even DVD or Blue Ray!!!
